Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, driving insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize our paid media spend.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities, focusing on data-driven insights to inform business decisions

• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize paid media spend
• Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key findings and insights
• Develop and maintain scorecards and KPIs to track progress and drive results
• Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of insights and recommendations

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven insights to inform business decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g. R, Python)
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks
• Certification in analytics or a related field (e.g. Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Data Scientist)
