Job Overview

As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their technical and non-technical queries, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our products and services. You'll be working remotely from Latin America, and you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware

  • Provide expert assistance to clients and users regarding product usage and functionality
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer support for both software and hardware components of the system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide accurate and informed support

* Great communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Technical skills/technologically savvy, with experience in software and hardware troubleshooting

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
