Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Working remotely from your home office, equipped with the necessary computer and equipment to ensure success in this role
- Supporting our field's peak season, which starts building around February
- Managing the customer relationship to ensure best-in-class service
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assisting customers by offering remedies to retain business
- Utilizing gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement virtually

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School/GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
- Verification of internet speed
- Ability to pass a computer assessment
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
Work From Home Requirements
To ensure success in this remote role, you will need:
- An appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
- A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
- Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
