Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences, anticipating needs, and providing solutions to customers
- Leading a team of retail experts, providing guidance, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery
- Managing production flow, ensuring all production orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Taking customer orders, giving pricing information, and performing consultative selling to customers
- Recommending Arenaflex products and services, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions
- Operating equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge and expertise
- Managing, monitoring, and facilitating all production processes
- Providing leadership direction to team members, solving escalated customer issues, and ensuring quality during and after production processes
- Ensuring communication among shifts, coordinating pick-up and delivery of customer orders, and maintaining inventory of shipping supplies
- Operating the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handling financial transactions, and making change
- Completing required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2+ years of specialized experience in retail customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
- Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
- Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the Arenaflex business
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving sales growth
- Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions, including digital imaging and finishing services
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and financial reporting software
- Certification in customer service, sales, or leadership
