Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Banker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and effectively resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of consumer deposit products and educating customers on their features and benefits.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
  • Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
  • Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
  • Cash handling skills and experience with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
