About arenaflex
arenaflex is a one-year or less, intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Our program is designed to equip participants with the technical and professional skills necessary to succeed in today's competitive job market.
Program Overview
Our program consists of two phases: in-classroom training and an internship with a top company. During the in-classroom phase, you will receive training in technical and professional skills, including:
- Application Development
- Customer Success
- Financial Operations
You will also have the opportunity to develop your professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, and resume building. Our program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to launch your career in customer service.
Internship Opportunity
As a participant in our program, you will have the opportunity to intern with BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in a real-world setting and give you the chance to apply the skills and knowledge you have learned in our program.

Eligibility
To be eligible for our program, you must:
- Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
