The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, handling inbound customer calls and providing assistance with orders and accounts. You'll work remotely to drive sales, promote products, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your impact will be felt across the entire arenaflex family of brands, and you'll have the opportunity to advance and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a busy and dynamic environment
- Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Offer additional products to customers on each interaction, promoting our brands and driving sales
- Assist customers with questions, personalizing the experience for each caller
- Handle calls that may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and work collaboratively with the team
- Work from home, with a set schedule and structured day
What You Bring
* Problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique situations and sustain a high-paced call volume
- Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and follow arenaflex computer system requirements
- Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems independently (with IT support when needed)
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a virtual environment or remote customer service role
- Familiarity with arenaflex's brands and products
- Previous experience in sales or account management
- Certification in customer service or a related field
