Job Summary

As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing technical support, and managing customer accounts. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Provide technical support and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts, including data entry and updates - Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Spanish Bilingual skills (written and verbal) - Previous experience with cloud-based enrollment tools or similar software
