- Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork, maintain accurate records, and perform quality control checks

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex initiatives to provide informed and effective service
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proven customer service and/or sales experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional results
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong energy and enthusiasm for customer satisfaction

- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
