We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. What's the Role About?

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Processing requests for initiating or terminating services
  • Handling requests for service reconnections and coordinating with field teams to restore service promptly
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing billing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
  • Guiding customers through the application process for assistance
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Explaining charges and account balances
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
  • Helping customers set up payment plans
  • Negotiating terms to ensure affordability and compliance
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
  • Striving to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • To reside in California
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service is mandatory
  • The ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
  • Computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
  • Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
