Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Senior Customer Service Representatives to join our contact center team in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-volume calls and working collaboratively with your team to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations

  • Handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • Collaborate with your team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including underwriting, claims, and sales

Essential Qualifications

* 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience

  • Experience providing outstanding customer service, showcasing expertise, active listening, and fostering trust
  • Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adjust to changes quickly
  • Open to feedback to support performance and development
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher

  • Active Personal Lines insurance license
  • Experience working in a contact center environment with a high-volume call volume
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
