Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits and conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage, including completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics to help drive business growth
  • Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge, ensuring you stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and benefits
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
