Job Summary
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for recording and validating information to be recorded and transmitted to other arenaflex offices, personnel, and customers. This role supports our office operations and works cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless communication and data exchange. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be essential in delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Track document received and completion dates
- Review discrepancies in the data received, request clarification of issues related to the data, and perform data validation in accordance with company procedures
- Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and compiling data for routine reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient data management processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 or more years of experience in a similar role requiring attention to detail and proficiency in typing and keying data
- Experience with data entry software and systems
- Knowledge of data management principles and best practices
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment and requires the ability to:
- Routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Bend and lift as needed
- Work in a sedentary position for extended periods
