Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering billing questions, making policy changes, and offering recommendations to our customers
- Taking incoming calls from current policyholders and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our contact center team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implementing solutions to address customer needs
- Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience
- Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, active listening, and fostering trust
- Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
- Open to feedback to support your performance and development
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree or higher
- Active Personal Lines insurance license
- Experience working in a similar role at a leading insurance company
