Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Logistics Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, ensuring the attainment of daily operational goals
- Leading a team of direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
- Managing customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Managing day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Health and Safety Management
- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
- Performing other duties as assigned

- Logistics industry knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production
Qualifications
* H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Logistics industry knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, education, work location, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
Salary Range
* Pay Type: Salaried
- Minimum Pay Range: $67,000.00
- Maximum Pay Range: $70,000.00
