Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Logistics Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, leading direct reports, and attaining daily operational goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, including customer service satisfaction and expectation management

  • Lead direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and effective communication
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, peers, and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the logistics industry

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain preferred

  • Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field
  • One or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) required
  • Logistics industry knowledge and understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations required
  • Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components and strong knowledge of manufacturing and production required

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced degree in business, logistics, or supply chain

  • Five or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Experience with transportation management systems and logistics software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
