Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hampton, VA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. This is an on-site position, and we have three openings available.

Responsibilities

- Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on products or services. - Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services. - Assist callers with any questions regarding their mobile devices. - Troubleshoot the device and the set up/provisioning of the device. Often this includes coordinating our efforts with the service provider and a technician. - Field customer questions and complaints. - When the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forward to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff. - Coordinate the efforts of service providers, IT Help Desks, MDM Administrators, and customers to maintain service expectations. - Act as an intermediary to prevent "up-selling" by service providers. - Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer's problems and concerns. - Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. - Perform data entry, administrative support, and clerical duties. - Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Six (6) months or more experience with Customer Service. - Must have basic computer/smartphone skills. - Experience working with wireless devices. - Must have good written and verbal communication skills. - Must be able to pass a security clearance, if necessary (may require additional discussion.)

Compensation and Benefits

- $16.00 per hour W2. - Shift Options: CSR's needed on the 7a - 3:30p shift and CSR's needed for the 10a - 6:30p shift.
