Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for responding to member and provider inquiries, resolving basic problems, and maintaining performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to member and provider calls in a timely and accurate manner

  • Receive and respond to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns
  • Mitigate and prevent complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact
  • Serve as the front-line resolution advocate on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
  • Resolve basic problems by communicating the requested information regarding the assessment of the member or provider needs, understanding the cause, and determining if problems need to be routed to other departments for further resolution
  • Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
  • Provide customer service in a high-paced contact center environment over the phone, via live chats, and emails
  • Document all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

* Customer service experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

  • Inbound and outbound call experience
  • Remote work experience with a reliable internet connection
  • Telephony soft skills, including excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Call Center Representative experience
  • Customer service skills, including a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Computer literate with experience using CRM applications
  • Team player skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
  • Health plans experience, including a strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
