Job Responsibilities As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. - Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. - Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system. - Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. - Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer experience. Minimum Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: - A high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! - Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
