Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
