Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing personalized coverage options, and delivering a seamless client experience. This is a remote position that requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work with technology and in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom, providing timely and accurate information to meet client needs
- Educate clients on insurance options that meet their needs, including life insurance, final expense, and mortgage protection solutions
- Provide support throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding, building strong relationships and trust
- Track all communication and sales activity using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data and reporting
- Meet individual performance and client satisfaction goals, driving business growth and success
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies, driving business growth and expansion

Requirements
* Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues in a remote setting
- Professional, empathetic, and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Comfortable working with technology and in a remote setting, with a strong understanding of CRM tools and software
- Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), ensuring you have the necessary knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional service and support to clients

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Salary: $55,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
