Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
• Resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary
• Providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience
• Identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and build relationships with customers
• Working closely with our team to achieve sales and service goals
• Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Property/Casualty Insurance License
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
• US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

Compensation

The starting pay for this role is $20 - $21.50 per hour, based on the candidate's experience, education, and other factors. In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential.
