A Day in the Life
As a Sr. Product Manager – Tech, you'll be responsible for leading requirements gathering, prioritizing feature development, and owning driving product metrics. You'll partner with concessions program managers, business teams, and our data and research science team to identify, surface, and drive improvements. You'll also be expected to dive deep and apply principles and products that will form an exciting roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead requirements gathering, prioritization of feature development, and own driving product metrics
- Partner with concessions program managers, various business teams, and our data and research science team to identify, surface, and drive improvements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product development, to launch new features and experiences
- Monitor the execution of projects, provide project progress to stakeholders, and ensure appropriate levels of product quality and performance
- Make strategic product decisions grounded in data, working closely with business teams, leaders, engineering teams, and scientists and business intelligence analysts in an agile development environment
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel, and other tools
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
Skills and Competencies
* Strong product management skills, with experience driving product development and launch
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Experience with product roadmapping and prioritization
