Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. You'll be responsible for answering client calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, while also learning and following all customer service procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, while also resolving their inquiries and concerns
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Upsell products or services as needed
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
