Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing expert solutions and support to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide expert solutions and support
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services
- Provide legendary service to customers by answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
