The Role

As a Customer Success Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the execution of multiple deployments simultaneously, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our customers and partners. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Legal, to manage project scope, timelines, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and mitigate project risks, collaborating with respective teams to resolve issues

• Communicate and influence project planning, execution, and delivery
• Oversee the planning, tracking, and completion of all project tasks throughout the customer or partner onboarding process, including:

+ Developing and delivering project plans and RAID logs based on templates + Providing ongoing deployment progress to management using relevant reporting tools and dashboards + Developing and overseeing project plans, leading regular project check-in meetings + Documenting, coordinating, and monitoring the progress of the customer or partner, ensuring all requirements are met + Coordinating internal resources, driving projects to release on time with high-quality + Preparing and coordinating client training, consulting, and helping customers or partners understand product features and benefits + Transitioning customers or partners from sales to customer success or business development + Managing dependencies within and across the company for multiple projects running simultaneously + Translating relevant, actionable information to be digestible by various audiences (project-level resources to executives)

What You Bring

* 3+ years of project management experience in a related industry or SAAS

• Outstanding written, oral, and presentation skills, comfortable communicating at multiple levels within an organization (executives to analysts)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build diverse relationships and influence collaborative decision-making
• Strong technical understanding of software systems at scale
• Flexible and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment and Culture

At arenaflex, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week. In-office perks include lunch four times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $111,000 to $130,000 in San Francisco, CA. We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles, and each location may have a different range. If this role is remote, we've listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we'll specify the target range for an exact location when you're selected for a recruiting discussion.
