Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Care Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our team to identify client needs, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Your expertise in the automotive industry, combined with your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Proficient in all knowledge base requirements, including automotive industry knowledge and arenaflex's customer-facing tools
- Manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and SMS, providing timely and effective resolutions to client requests
- Identify client needs, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Meet and/or exceed quality guidelines and key performance criteria, driving business growth and customer loyalty
- Work across the organization as needed to resolve client requests, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Effectively communicate how to use arenaflex's customer-facing tools, providing training and support to clients as needed
- Perform other tasks and duties as requested by management, contributing to the success of the team and the company
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED required
- 2 years of experience in customer service and/or contact center, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry
- 2 years of experience in the automotive industry and/or logistics, with a strong understanding of the industry's complexities and nuances
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (remote and in-office)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at a time, with a strong attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software and other customer-facing tools
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry's trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
