Job Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and providing solutions as needed
- Helping the sales team rate new policies through our agency carrier portals when needed
- Cross-selling products to existing clients to increase revenue and retention
- Processing endorsements, such as vehicle additions and driver additions, in a timely and accurate manner
- Processing renewals on our existing book of business each month to ensure seamless policy management
- Maintaining detailed and accurate databases of client information using our agency management system
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business results
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License
- At least one year of commercial insurance experience
- A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma is required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
