Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, setting appointments, and meeting with clients over the phone. You'll work with warm leads, utilizing our advanced training platform and duplicatable sales system to drive sales growth and achieve your goals. This is a remote (flexible) position, allowing you to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Set appointments with clients, utilizing our warm lead system to drive sales growth
- Meet with clients over the phone, utilizing our duplicatable sales system to present insurance solutions and drive sales
- Work closely with our team of mentors and trainers to develop your skills and achieve your goals
- Utilize our advanced training platform to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Characteristics We're Looking For
* Must reside in the USA
- Proven success in sales is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, disciplined, and driven to succeed
- Willing to embrace our Core Values each day with a high level of coachability
- Humble and willing to learn a duplicatable and proven system
- Licensed Life and Health Agents (we'll assist in obtaining)
