Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and providing support or directing calls to the appropriate staff member
  • Completing outbound calls to customers requesting documents
  • Returning voicemail messages and providing support or directing calls to the appropriate staff member
  • Answering basic questions from policyholders and agents regarding the audit and verification process
  • Providing reasonable due date extensions for policyholders and agents
  • Reading and analyzing incoming email, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and then distributing them to the appropriate individual
  • Indexing provided documentation to the appropriate internal electronic file
  • Assisting in obtaining updated contact information for policyholders or agents when needed
  • Providing clerical support to other departments

Key Responsibilities

  • Index provided documentation to the appropriate internal electronic file
  • Assist in obtaining updated contact information for policyholders or agents when needed
  • Provide clerical support to other departments

Job Qualifications

* Education: High School Diploma

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year commercial underwriting/premium audit experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Outlook required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from outside distraction / interruption
  • Spanish speaking preferred
