Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing support or directing calls to the appropriate staff member
- Completing outbound calls to customers requesting documents
- Returning voicemail messages and providing support or directing calls to the appropriate staff member
- Answering basic questions from policyholders and agents regarding the audit and verification process
- Providing reasonable due date extensions for policyholders and agents
- Reading and analyzing incoming email, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and then distributing them to the appropriate individual
- Indexing provided documentation to the appropriate internal electronic file
- Assisting in obtaining updated contact information for policyholders or agents when needed
- Providing clerical support to other departments
Key Responsibilities

Job Qualifications
* Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: Minimum of 1-year commercial underwriting/premium audit experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Outlook required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from outside distraction / interruption
- Spanish speaking preferred
