Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Providing product information and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
