Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dakota Dunes, SD. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, with varying shift options available. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from customers regarding arenaflex's products and services
- Understand and apply policies and procedures used for daily operations
- Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor
- Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit
- Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team dynamic
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17-18.90, with opportunities to increase take-home pay
- Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives, including bonuses and rewards
- Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
- Earn up to an additional $3.50/hour when working non-traditional hours
- Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are required and compensated in the form of a 10% differential
- Must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating (for remote employees)
