Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers over the phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
• Certification in customer service or a related field
