Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless ordering experience. You will be part of a collaborative call center team using world-class technology to deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and provide product information
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
