Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized solutions
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
- Strong knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation
* Pay from $24 to $28 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential!
- $2 shift differential for working evening or weekend shifts
