Position Description
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
- Providing exceptional support and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Working with a variety of clients and their customers, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of our clients' products and services
- Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Support Associate, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Own a computer at home that meets our minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, and high-speed internet access)
- A quiet workspace with a desk and reliable internet connection
- Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
