Position Description
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as At-Home Contact Center Specialists. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your primary duties will include:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
- Scheduling appointments, qualifying insurance leads, recruiting patients, and setting medical appointments
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients' customers
- Working with a variety of clients and their products or services
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once nesting period is complete
- Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Ownership of a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, high-speed internet access)
- Ability to work in a quiet workspace with minimal distractions
- Availability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)

Compensation and Perks
