Job Responsibilities

As an entry-level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your primary goal will be to help clients understand their insurance benefit options and answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies. You will also be responsible for scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and supporting clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options
  • Answering questions about coverage, plans, and policies
  • Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
  • Supporting clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs

Entry-Level Qualifications

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company. While prior experience in insurance or customer service is not required, we do require the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge (Zoom, email, etc.)
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
