Experienced Full Stack Customer Solutions Representative – Remote Customer Care

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Customer Solutions Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is eager to grow with our company. If you're a proactive, solution-oriented decision maker with a natural ability to problem-solve in stressful situations, we want to hear from you. You'll be responsible for:
- Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Educating customers about arenaflex processes, policies, and customer tools
- Adhering to a specific daily schedule, including start and end times, scheduled breaks, and lunches
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve service level goals
What You'll Bring to the Table
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or retail experience (a plus)
- The ability to learn new systems and tools in a fast-paced environment
- A "can-do" attitude and positive personality with great verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic math skills
- A minimum internet speed of at least 7 mbps upload and minimum of at least 20 mbps download
