As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately communicating with customers, including:
+ Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues + Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate + Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes + Providing feedback on call issues + Upselling if required
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require the following from our Remote Customer Service Representatives:
- Internet Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN + Proof of internet speed required
