Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and agents through various communication channels. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your goal will be to deliver a satisfying experience for our customers by displaying a knowledgeable, helpful, and positive attitude. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process transactions, and provide quotes for multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming call volume and provide written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts

  • Process transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
  • Utilize multiple computer applications to efficiently manage customer interactions and transactions
  • Actively participate in department initiatives and goals to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Required Technical Skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Proficient skills with all computer applications for servicing and quoting all products
  • Proficient in utilizing knowledge management tools and resources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
