Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone to provide exceptional support and resolve their queries. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, educating customers about our products, and placing orders on their behalf. Your primary goal will be to deliver a world-class experience that exceeds our customers' expectations and builds brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

  • Educate customers about our products, prices, and promotions, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Place orders for delivery/pickup on behalf of customers, ensuring that their needs are met promptly.
  • Document interactions with customers, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to the team.
  • Follow the daily schedule provided by Workforce Management, ensuring that you're available to support customers during peak hours.
  • Identify patient needs and provide solutions, leveraging your critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues.

Additional Minimum Qualifications

* Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.

Required/Preferred Experience

* Must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.

  • Call Center experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Microsoft office basic skills.

Physical Requirements

* Must be able to have effective communication skills with all levels of leadership.

Work Schedule

* Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
