Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research and development efforts. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our research participants' information is up-to-date and secure. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home and choose your own hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that research participants' information is up-to-date and secure

• Conduct research studies and surveys, following instructions and guidelines provided by our team
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain organization and track progress
• Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
• Collaborate with our team to ensure that data is accurate and complete
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures

Requirements

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
• Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems

• Familiarity with online research platforms and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
