Retail Stylist As a Retail Stylist, you will not just sell products: you will play a key role in Dyson's mission to excite and inspire. As a Retail Stylist, you will passionately advocate for Dyson, becoming an expert in our hair care technology (Supersonic, Airwrap, Airstrait, Corrale, and Chitosan), and demonstrating its benefits to in-store customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Deeply understanding Dyson's hair care products to clearly and confidently articulate their unique features and benefits.
- Offering a warm and personalized experience, listening to customers' needs and helping them make informed decisions.
- Inspiring and exciting customers with live demonstrations, showcasing Dyson's technology in action.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Monitoring inventory levels, assisting with restocking, and reporting any discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborating with Dyson team members and retail partners to deliver a premium and innovative customer experience.
- Organizing and leading in-store styling demonstrations and special client events.
- Working towards achieving quarterly sales targets, using your knowledge and skills to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assessing individual hair care needs of customers, recommending suitable products, and making cross-sales when opportunities arise.
