What You'll Do in This Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Helping customers resolve technical issues and answering their questions in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with healthcare-related concerns and providing solutions to their problems
- Assessing customer needs and providing personalized support to meet their expectations
- Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our customers receive the best possible support
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation
- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- A verifiable High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
