Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they're completely satisfied. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Providing accurate and clear information about our products and services
