Responsibilities of a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have the ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in the healthcare industry)
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the ability to type 25 wpm
  • Have a High School Graduate or GED
  • Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Have proven oral and written communication skills
  • Have logical problem-solving skills
  • Have the ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Have organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure that you have a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

  • A minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps
  • A minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
  • An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • An internet connection that is not Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed
  • A clean and quiet workspace
