Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research initiatives by collecting and analyzing data, participating in online studies, and providing administrative support to our team. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity that allows you to work from home, choose your own hours, and contribute to a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in online research studies, product testing, and focus groups, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
- Collect and analyze data, using Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, email management, and other tasks as needed
- Utilize your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and participate in studies
- Maintain a stable internet connection and be available for webcam use, as required
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality data collection
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish proficiency is a plus, as it may lead to additional opportunities
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and studies
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet access
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills are helpful, but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support are helpful, but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Experience with online research studies, product testing, and focus groups is a plus
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
