Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and clients. This role involves inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations, and completing necessary paperwork. You will also be expected to maintain high-quality customer relations, interact effectively with all levels of management and employees, and contribute to leadership development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to members and clients through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and performing presentations

  • Maintain high-quality customer relations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in leadership development initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of the team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and effective service to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Good verbal communication skills and excellent customer relation and communication skills

  • Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups
  • Strong customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain good customer relations and interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the benefits industry

  • Strong knowledge of benefits and insurance products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
