Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing incoming calls, tickets, and live chat messages from customers, communicating with customers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed, and collaborating with other internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled. You'll also have the opportunity to learn industry knowledge and develop your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Shifts and Scheduling
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your schedule, including:
- Monday-Friday: 11:00am-8:00pm
- Training Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls, tickets, and live chat messages from customers
- Communicating with customers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
- General administrative duties
- Troubleshooting customer issues
- Collaborating with other internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled
- Guiding customers to the correct service based on their business needs provided criteria
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong typing and computer skills (40+ wpm)
- Ability to interface well with all levels of management
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as on your own
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Customer-focused
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly in ever-evolving systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong emotional intelligence
Experience Requirements
We're looking for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in a similar role. If you're new to customer service, don't worry! We'll provide you with comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
